Shannon Potter is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on understanding all aspects of your health. This includes your health history, your experience with the healthcare system, and your goals for health management. At Birch Point Healthcare, patients health also includes getting to know you, your family, your work and hobbies.
Shannon has spent years working across the primary care spectrum, including in traditional and direct primary care offices, women’s health practices, and urgent cares.
Shannon lives locally with her husband, son and dog. She enjoys training for fun events such as sprint triathlons , as well as baking and attempting to refurbish old furniture in her free time.

Dawn has worked in healthcare for many years, from nursing to nurse practitioner. She worked as an outpatient pulmonologist during COVID (boy, what a job to have at that time!). She now works in primary care at Birch Point Healthcare as the eyes, ears, and brains of the operation. Dawn has an eagle eye on all of the ongoing operations at all times. She makes sure insurance companies get an earful when they deny coverage. She makes sure referrals are responded to so you get contacted by your specialist or get your imaging booked in a timely manner.
Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and has a large family and friend group. She enjoys art and vintage cars.

Lori shares an office with Birch Point Healthcare, and provides Birch Point patients with preferred access to her services.
HEALTH EDUCATOR + COUNSELOR AND HEALTH SYSTEM NAVIGATOR
Lori Lee Myers, APRN is a licensed nurse practitioner with 25 years experience as a family practitioner on the Seacoast of NH. Her new adjunct practice, alongside Birch Point Healthcare, will offer crucial assistance and guidance for individuals with health challenges, new diagnoses and anxiety related to health concerns or fears.
Lori Lee Myers is a health system navigator (also called a patient or care navigator) and she and her team will help you and your loved ones understand and access healthcare services more effectively. Our role is to guide you through the complex medical system ensuring you receive timely, appropriate, and coordinated care.
Lori offers a free 15-30 minute consult to discuss concerns and develop a plan of care. Sessions are 60 minutes and cost $75. We do not bill insurance and your confidential information is 100 % private.
We want to make your healthcare journey simpler, faster, and less stressful while ensuring you have the best care you need without unnecessary confusion or delay. We will reduce barriers to care and improve your experience and outcomes within the healthcare system.
