Traditional Primary Care

  1. See a different provider most visits

  2. No idea how much a visit will cost until you get charged after the visit

  3. Added charges for services such as COVID or Flu testing

  4. Call for a sick visit and get offered an appointment 1-2 weeks out

  5. Your provider has 1,200 to 3,000 patients.

  6. You have to leave a voicemail or send a portal message to the administrative staff, who gives it to the nursing staff who may or may not relay it to the provider and then send a portal message back with no opportunity for a conversation about your concern.

  7. 15 minute appointment after waiting 2 weeks to get in to see the provider

  8. You see your provider and then go to a pharmacy for your medications or a lab for your lab draw.
